3. Refunds for Services

3.1 Consulting and Professional Services

For consulting and professional services:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the contract, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

3.2 Development and Design Projects

For development and design projects:

  • Projects are typically divided into milestones with payments tied to each milestone.
  • If you cancel a project before a milestone is completed, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the payment for that milestone, less any costs already incurred.
  • Completed milestones are not eligible for refunds.
  • If we fail to deliver a milestone as specified in the contract, you may be eligible for a refund for that milestone.

3.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled after 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion, less any applicable fees.

4. Refunds for Products

4.1 Digital Products

For digital products:

  • Digital products (e.g., templates, plugins, software) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if they do not function as described.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide evidence of the issue and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address it.
  • Once downloaded or accessed, digital products may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or do not function as described.

4.2 Physical Products

For physical products (if applicable):

  • Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Custom or bespoke development work that has been completed according to specifications
  • Services canceled after the specified cancellation period
  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used
  • Requests made outside the specified refund timeframe
  • Services or products where the terms of sale explicitly state they are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the termination of services and additional fees.
